Nassau County Public Library System Update
Nassau County Public Library is switching computer systems! We will take a giant LEAP in technology moving to Polaris software! The new features are amazing! Residents will be able to save their reading history, set preferences for choice of receipts and notifications, chose text for communication, automatic renewals, on-click holds, creating reading lists, and more! Add your photo to your record for added security. And credit card acceptance!

The Libraries will be closed for software training and upgrade implementation November 2-13, 2020; staff will be available for assistance by phone from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm daily.
All libraries will re-open on November 16, 2020. Curbside Pickup ends Oct. 30th in preparation for return to regular hours of operation.
Passport Application Processing will be available from November 2-13 from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm, by appointment only.
