About Mary Duffy, president of Amelia Island Sea Turtle Watch

Mary moved to Fernandina in 1983 and worked as an educator and administrator for Nassau County School District. Along with a small group of volunteers, she formed the Amelia Island Sea Turtle Watch in 1985 and
has served as its president for over 35 years.
