Library Closures due to Tropical Storm Idalia

Due to the Tropical Storm Watch issued for Nassau County due to Tropical Storm Idalia and the concern due to forecasted hurricane-force winds, increased threat of tornadoes, and substantial projected rainfall amounts, Nassau County Public Libraries hours on Tuesday, August 29, and Wednesday, August 30 are as follows:

Fernandina, Callahan, Hilliard, and Bryceville Branch Libraries:

• Tuesday, August 29: Open 10am-12 pm; CLOSED at 12 pm
• Wednesday, August 30: CLOSED

Yulee Branch Library:

• Tuesday, August 29: CLOSED
• Wednesday, August 30: CLOSED
• Book drops will remain open

Checked out Items that are due back between August 28 and September 5 will have 7 additional days added to their due dates.

Any items on hold between August 28 and  September 5 will have 7 additional days added to their pickup by dates.
