Objects that we see can provide many academic interpretations. Consider the bronze statue of David Levy Yulee near the train tracks in historic Fernandina Beach. This statue can “speak” to different subjects ranging from astronomy, chemistry, geology, mathematics, and computer science. This talk with Paul Fishwick will discuss objects in the downtown area for reference.
